AVOID!!!

I’ve been a loyal camper customer for years. I decided to buy some Brutus trek shoes for my mum’s birthday. They arrived completely scratched and defective. I had major issues sorting out the return. Against my better judgement I reordered the shoes for the birthday present. Again they arrived scratched and defective. I’m not sure how this can happen twice but I imagine it must be a fault of this particular fabric and style. Whilst waiting for me refund for the first pair I started my return for the second pair. Camper were helpful on the phone but not helpful actually doing anything to sort out the issues. I’m still waiting over two weeks later for the second refund. It’s been a long and frustrating process but camper are very happy to keep holding onto my money. Camper you’ve lost a loyal customer I will never purchase again, it seems like I’m not the only one either…

My first pair of Peu Campers were purchased 20 years ago! I still have them however the "C" and part of the "A", of the word CAMPER on the heel, has finally rubbed out. Just ordered a new pair today! I have ordered a pair of Campers EVERY year for my granddaughter and it is the BEST show she has ever had! The comfort and quality has been the same.

Have bought and loved campers for years but NO MORE. The quality of workmanship is poor, sizing is inconsistent and this applies to the last 3 pairs purchased, all very different.

Love their designs - but find it frustrating trying to find stores with the full range of stock so I can try them on

I am disgusted by Camper's customer service. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and after 20 days the sole of her shoes was detached. I contacted camper and they rejected my claim. they told me that the soles are not glued. I asked them if this is normal to have this in less than one month of wear and they deliberately did not reply. I wish I could upload the photograph so that all users could see what I am talking about. I have been a camper customer for all my life - perhaps since the brand started and definitely before it became famous. I know the quality of their shoes - so to refuse to do anything about this is just disgusting.

I bought a pair of shoes costing $240.
The shoes I ordered are 2 sizes too large.
I emailed Camper. – no response.
I then called Camper and spoke to someone there.
He was supposed to send me something with which I could return the shoes and to be exchanged for another pair.
Nothing he send could help me, only warnings that I would not be able to get my refund unless some conditions were met.
This discouraged me from returning.
Decided to keep the shoes unhappy though I was.
This reflects badly on Camper.
I will never buy anything from Camper.
I am also going to influence my friends not to buy Camper.

Really bad / non existant customer care.

I recently bought a customised pair of Wabi One from the Camper site. I was really disappointed with the delivery as the colour (yellow) did not look like the website, and looked dirty and as if the colour had run.

I contacted Camper, sent photographs of the item (plus a comparison screenshot from their website. And although the difference was flagrant, Camper replied with "Unfortunately your claim has not been accepted. They have determined that the shoes did not have any manufacturing problems." A reply which I have seen quoted on other reviews here, word for word, so it is a stock reply.

I would give this company zero stars if possible. I was not requesting anything from the company, just wanted to share my disappointment and deception with the delivered goods. They obviously do not care. Save your money - shop elsewhere.

Update - As everyone else here, Camper followed up my review by asking for my email. I provided it. But they do not contact you! It is just a means to look like they are investigating or actually care. They obviously have nothing but contempt for their customers. I will never buy this brand again.

Pix Boots: Expensive boots, faulty on 1st wear. Terrible customer service: Took me 2 weeks, 3 emails and 4 calls to Camper before they would allow me to send boots back for a refund. I’ve been a Camper customer for over 20 years - I will never purchase from them again.

I am astounded at the horrendous quality of this product. I have purchased two pairs of Camper sneakers back in August, and I have taken good care of both. However, I do live in Vancouver, so of course once or twice I was caught wearing the shoes on the rain. The moment the shoes got damp, the dye used in both pairs of sneakers leaked onto the fabric, rendering the shoes ruined and embarrassing to wear. To reiterate, this is damage from wearing the shoes on a single rainy day.

I have contacted customer support to see if the shoes can be replaced under warranty; after reviewing my claim for a week, customer support got back to me with a single line response: "Unfortunately your claim has not been accepted. They have determined that the shoes did not have any manufacturing problems."

I would stay away from this brand. The dyes they use are clearly of extremely poor quality, and customer care is non-existent.

Returned boots many weeks ago and no money or replies at all. According to EU regulations funds have to be returned within 14 days so their incompetence looks really shady. Will never buy again at their site.

Regarding how much bad reviews they have here I doubt they care but my Order # is 5001084301 Placed on 2022-11-25.

I purchased a pair of camper shoes in Barcelona while on holidays. Unfortunately they have proven to be the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever wore. The left shoe has skinned my heel and the right shoe pinches the bridge of my foot. I have called customer services but they just hang up and don’t care. Nothing they can do, and nothing they want to do.

Been wearing camper shoes for more than 20 years and I keep buying them because they are ultra dope looking, different, durable and super comfortable. Worth every penny.

Don’t shop here! The shoes look nice but are not comfortable and their customer service is shocking. Their chat is a bot and when I called they hung up on me twice. Not worth the hassle or the price. Shocking

I have been wearing Camper Peus for many many years. Of lately though it seems the model has changed to a narrower and longer one and the rouder model has disappeared. With the rounder model 38 was perfect fit, now 38 is far too big and as there are no half sizes (37 being too small) I cannot wear Peus anymore. Really disappointed.
